The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) is seeking proposals from real estate broker(s) to represent MDHA in the sale, purchase and/or lease of complex commercial (retail and/or office space) and residential multifamily property, and other brokerage services as requested. Additional details on the scope of services are included in the Scope of Work section. MDHA anticipates the wared of one or more Contract from this RFP. The initial term of the Contract is anticipated to be one (1) year with options to renew an additional one (1) year for a maximum term of five (5) years. This project may be federally funded.
