Currently, the laundry rooms at MDHA Properties identified in this IFB in total contain fifteen (15) washrooms; twenty-three (23) regular washers; ten (10) front load washers; twenty-three (23) regular dryers; two (2) front-load dryers; and six (6) double stack dryers.Bidder shall provide and install coin-operated and/or credit card washing machines and coin-operated and/or credit card dryers at the identified Properties. Bidder shall identify the type of energy efficient machines to be installed for each property and provide a specifications sheet for each type of washer/dryer being installed. All washers and dryers must be better than or equivalent to equipment currently in operation at each Property with regards to dimensions of machines, capacity, volume and electrical.
