For assistance with registering for SPEED or to access a listing of FAQ, please visit SPEED eProcurement Platform http://discovery.ariba.com/profile/AN01496591158 The Prince George’s County Office of Central Services Contract Administration and Procurement Division (CAP) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a Two-Party Agreement with a Contractor(s) to provide the services of a highly qualified Third Party Administrator (TPA) to perform property and casualty claims administration services for the Prince George’s County Self-Insurance Fund. The self-insurance fund currently has four members. The County, the Prince George’s County Board of Education, the Prince George’s Community College and the Prince George’s County Memorial Library System. The self-insurance fund is managed by the Risk Management Committee, which consists of one voting representative for each member organization.
