    A: The engineer's estimate will not be shared for this project. Contractors should anticipate needing bonding capacity in the range of approximately $3.5M-$4M.


    Q (schedule ): When do you anticipate the work will be starting?

    A: I anticipate City Council approval of the contract on May 27, 2026 and construction beginning immediately thereafter pending submittals. The goal is to complete some improvements in high-impact areas before school starts mid-August.

    A: A SSF Business License is not required to bid on this project.


    Q (Warranty Period): How long is the required Warranty Period? 12 Months?

    A: See General Conditions section 22 "Guaranty: Unless specified otherwise, the Contractor guarantees all of the Work for one year from the date the City accepts the Work."
