    The City & County of Denver’s Department of Transportation & Infrastructure (DOTI) is seeking responses to the RFQ from experienced active transportation, engagement, and education consultants to be awarded up to $221,381.00 to operate the Walk.Bike.Roll.Lead! grant program. The purpose of this partnership is to expand DOTI’s Safe Routes To School (SRTS) initiative to high schools, creating K-12 curriculum, educational modules, and engagement events through teachers, school champions, and community-based education partners. The consultant will work with DOTI to document best practices to grow capacity and program sustainability, supporting a long-term culture of active transportation at Denver schools through locally-tested, youth-driven, and equity-based strategies.
