The Project consists of a base bid with three (3) alternatives described below. Base bid: All work on Upper Depew Ave (Sta UD 14=58 to UD 28+50) All work on Main St (Sta M 15+01 to M 17+80 and Sta M 20+10 to M 20+64) All work on Depew Ave (Sta D 10+02 to D 30+44) Alternative #1 All work on S. Midland Ave (Sta MD 47+00 to MD 49+94) Alternative #2 Work on Summit St (Sta S 56+90 to S 60+59) Alternative #3 Work on Summit St (Sta S 50+07 to S 56+20) Contract Documents will ONLY be provided electronically by emailing RJOBIN@GPINET.COM. Hard copies of full and partial plan sets will NOT be distributed. No questions or inquiries regarding this bid will be accepted within five (5) days prior to the bid opening. Questions regarding the Contract Documents should be directed to Andy Stewart, Village Administrator at the Nyack Village Hall at 9 North Broadway, Nyack, New York 10960. Bidders shall promptly notify the Village of Nyack of any errors, omissions, conflicts or ambiguity within the Contract Documents within five (5) days of bid opening. Bids to be considered must be received in a sealed envelope at the Village Hall Board room [9 North Broadway, Nyack, New York 10960] by 2.00 pm, local time, on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Nyack Village Hall by the Village Administrator. Bids received after the above noted time will not be accepted.
