    The Lamoille County Planning Commission (LCPC) is seeking a qualified consultant or consultant team that can compile and review relevant plans and studies, analyze existing conditions, engage relevant stakeholders, identify needs, develop an implementation plan and deliver a final draft Safe Streets and Roads for All Comprehensive Safety Action Plan. The purpose of the plan is to prioritize safety and prevent death and serious injury on roads and streets involving all roadway users, including pedestrians, cyclists, public transportation, personal conveyance and micro-mobility users, motorists and commercial vehicle operators. The plan shall identify safety issues and provide key implementation steps to eliminate death and serious injury in the region with a clear and reasonable target dates for specific milestones in significant declines.
