The Request for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Q) Documents may be downloaded from the City’s website: www.cityofcentralia.com and selecting ‘bidding opportunities’ after Saturday, December 6, 2025. Questions regarding the RFP/Q documents should be submitted through the clarifications portion of the website and all responses to the questions will be on the website. City staff will review proposals and qualifications submitted and may request in-person interviews prior to selecting the most qualified firm for the proposed contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities, and to accept any proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
