    REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUALIFICATIONS CENTRALIA CITY LIGHT – SAFETY CONSULTANT FOR CITY OF CENTRALIA CONTRACT NO. CCL-26-02PSC Notice is hereby given that submittal of Centralia City Light – Safety Consultant Proposals/Qualifications will be received by Centralia City Light, 1100 N. Tower Avenue, Centralia, Washington 98531 until 10:00 AM, local time, on Wednesday, January 14, 2026. The Request for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Q) Documents may be downloaded from the City’s website: www.cityofcentralia.com and selecting ‘bidding opportunities’ after Saturday, December 6, 2025. If you need assistance with accessing the bid documents please contact Danielle Hansen, Centralia City Light at (360) 330-7512 or by e-mail at dhansen@cityofcentralia.com. Questions regarding the RFP/Q documents should be submitted through the clarifications portion of the website and all responses to the questions will be on the website. City staff will review proposals and qualifications submitted and may request in-person interviews prior to selecting the most qualified firm for the proposed contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities, and to accept any proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
