Sagebrush Trail Waterline Replacement

General water infrastructure replacement along Sagebrush Trail east of Wilshire Dr. The project includes replacement of approximately 1,050 feet of existing 8-inch cast iron waterline. Bidders shall submit complete pricing for two mutually exclusive base bid schedules: Base Bid Schedule A - Open-Cut Construction, consisting primarily of 8-inch PVC C900 DR 14 waterline; and Base Bid Schedule B - HDD Construction, consisting primarily of 8-inch HDPE DR 7 (dips) waterline installed by horizontal directional drilling. Both schedules include required open-cut connections, valves, fire hydrant replacements, service reconnections, tie-ins, testing, pavement and surface restoration, and associated appurtenances. The City intends to award only one complete base bid schedule.
