    Burns & McDonnell, serving as the Progressive Design-Builder, invites qualified and experienced trade partners to submit proposals for the San Marcos FM 1978 Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) project.

    This 2MGD Water Reclamation Facility will serve the growing needs of San Marcos, Texas, and represents a landmark opportunity to deliver a world-class facility using the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) model. As one of the few PDB water projects in the region, its success is anticipated to pave the way for future projects using this collaborative and efficient delivery method.

    Project Overview

    The project involves the construction of a new 2MGD Water Reclamation Facility. As the primary Design-Builder, Burns & McDonnell is leading the design and will manage the construction, with a commitment to safety, quality, and a collaborative team environment.

    Role of Subcontractors

    We are seeking to partner with skilled contractors who will be integral to the successful execution of this project. Your firm's role will be to provide construction services for specific work packages. We are looking for partners who share our commitment to excellence and are interested in being part of a significant project for the central Texas region.
