Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 2 to serve Corinthian Point Municipal Utility District No. 2;

1. Perform pre-construction and post-construction cleaning and televising of sanitary sewer lines;
2. Provide traffic control, site restoration, and all incidental work necessary to complete the project;
3. Rehabilitate sanitary sewer mains using CIPP lining, pipe bursting, and slip lining methods, including reconnection of service laterals and all associated appurtenances;
4. Perform point repairs of existing sanitary sewer mains, including excavation, pipe replacement, backfill, and all associated appurtenances;
5. Rehabilitate and adjust existing sanitary sewer manholes, including replacement, frame and cover adjustment, and watertight grouting;
6. Perform heavy cleaning of sewer lines, including removal of debris, grease, and roots to restore flow capacity;
7. Clean-up project area upon completion.
