    The work to be done consists of but is not limited to furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required in the Plans, Specifications and Contract documents for said project to abandon the existing water main and install 865’ of 8” water main on Santa Clara St from 500’ east of Mountain View St to Ventura St. Installing the water main will include installing new laterals, valve and valve boxes, thrust blocks, elbows, tees, thrust blocks, reducers, fire hydrants, and all other appurtenances. Within the same limits, the project will include cold mill, pavement overlay, ADA improvements, and signing and striping. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations.
