All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the PublicPurchase.com website by 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 6, 2025. Proposals must be digitally submitted through PublicPurchase.com as a “SINGLE PDF DOCUMENT” before 2:00 P.M. local time on Monday, December 8, 2025. Proposals received after this time may not be considered. DCDC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the bidding.
