Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, travel, disposal and incidentals necessary to provide Paving Services to Caltrans. Bidder and subcontractor shall have at time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a current and valid Class A General Engineering Contractor license, or a C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractor license, or a C-32 Parking and Highway Improvement Contractor issued by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) for the type of work to be performed. Bidder and subcontractor shall possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Caltrans will verify bidder¿s DIR registration; it is not necessary to provide a copy.
