City will hire it is own testing agency. GDOT testing specifications section 400.3.06 to be followed. Vehicular and Pedestrian Traffic Control following GDOT and MUTCD standards are required. Contractor shall legally dispose milling materials. Roads must be paved 24 hours after milling activities. No parking within the construction limits. Contractor to adjust water/sewer utilities to grade following Gwinnett County DWR standards (concrete cap). Regular Work Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM. Some roads are anticipated to be performed at Night (from 9 PM to 5 AM). All roads to be performed at night are listed on the bid tab.
