The objective of this project is to provide preventative maintenance, system upgrades and repair services necessary to maintain the Utility Department’s scales. The work for maintenance, upgrades and repairs shall be performed by certified technicians to ensure the weigh station scales (static scales systems) are working within manufacturer’s standards and the latest edition of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Handbook 44.
