    Description

    Plymouth County Sheriff Roof Replacement - Phase 2, Plymouth, MA. The project is the second phase roof replacement of the SDP Plymouth County Sheriff Department building. The areas to be reroofed comprise approximately 68,000 square feet out of the entire approximate 170,000 square foot roof. The new roof assembly will consist of vapor retarder, two layers of insulation (R-30 minimum), cover board, and PVC roof membrane. This Project includes the following Filed Sub-Bids: Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron; Plumbing; HVAC; Electrical. The Category of Work is Roofing. Please see the SSI Attachment: Confidentiality Agreement. This Form MUST be completed and submitted to DCAMM’s Bid Room at bidroom.dcamm@mass.gov for access to bid documents.
