    Description

    The Southeastern Connecticut Council of Governments (SECOG) is seeking proposals from qualified transit planners or transit planning firms to support the analysis of the Southeast Area Transit District (SEAT) local transit service in New London, Connecticut. The selected individual or firm will assist SECOG in performing a study of existing service routes and Smart Ride microtransit service in New London, and estimate revenue and costs to enable the SEAT board to implement fare or service changes. All proposals should be submitted by 3:30pm on June 5th, 2026. Questions regarding the RFP should be submitted by May 29th, 2026. One (1) printed copy of the submission package should be submitted to Kate Rattan, SECOG at 5 Connecticut Avenue, Norwich, CT 06360, and one (1) digital copy should be sent to krattan@secogct.gov.
