    Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: MTA C&D requires the services of a Contractor to provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform the Work of this Contract to include completing structural, mechanical, electrical, and communication upgrades at the 96th, 86th, 72nd, and 63rd Street Stations (IND) in the Borough of Manhattan. This includes installing steel grab bars, ladders, hatch doors, guardrails, safety railings, and waterproofing measures and completing mechanical and electrical work, including HVAC upgrades, installing emergency exit lighting, providing power provisions, fire alarm modifications, and related infrastructure improvements. This is an A + B Bidding Contract.
