    Description

    The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections, Wyoming Honor Conservation Camp (Procuring Agency), will receive bids until 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 4, 2026 through the Public Purchase online bidding system for the Camera System Upgrades, located at 40 Pippin Rd Newcastle, Wyoming 82701. Project Description: This project will consist of the replacement of the existing security cameras, associated support equipment for these cameras, gate controllers, security systems at the facility. The complete set of bid documents and specifications can be downloaded from: https://www.publicpurchase.com/gems/wyoconstruction,wy/buyer/public/home. Companies wishing to download plans must have a publicpurchase.com account. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to review, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. MT on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 40 Pippin Rd. Newcastle, WY 82701. The facility will be available for an on-site walkthrough immediately following the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on May 21, 2026. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 3:00 p.m. MT on May 28, 2026. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on May 21, 2026, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. June 4, 2026. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. Note: All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
