The existing taxiway run-up areas will also be rehabilitated via asphalt mill and overlay. The project includes pavement demolition, asphalt paving operations, airfield lighting replacements, grading and drainage improvements, and pavement markings as depicted in the Contract Documents. ## Pre-Bid Conference NON-MANDATORY A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 P.M., local time on 04-27-2026 in the Sebring Airport Conference Room for the purposes of answering questions, discussing the project, and reviewing the project site. This conference can be attended in person or virtually. Attendance at this conference by an appropriate contractor representative is not mandatory. Neither the Owner nor the Engineer shall be responsible for disseminating information discussed at this meeting except as issued by Addendum. A site visit of the construction site will be scheduled immediately following the Pre-Bidding Conference. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to provide transportation for this site visit.
