Background / Purpose Columbus City Schools seeks to purchase (15) commercial-grade robotic lawn mowers to support efficient, sustainable turf maintenance for stadium sports fields. The selected vendor will supply new, current-model equipment with all required accessories, installation/setup, and operator training. 2. Scope of Work / Required Items The successful bidder shall provide the following as a complete, turnkey package for each of the fifteen units (quantities listed per unit unless noted): Quantity: 15 each Segway Navimow Terranox CM240M1 Commercial Robotic Lawn Mower (latest model) with included Factory-standard Charging Station (including all necessary cables, mounting hardware, and power supply components) Segway Navimow Garage X Shelter (designed for X4 Series & Terranox models) – weather-resistant protective garage/shelter All standard accessories, blades, manuals, and software/app setup required for full operation Services (for all 15) Initial Setup & Installation: Full on-site installation and configuration of each mower, charging station, and Garage X shelter.
