Request for Qualification: CAPITAL NEEDS ASSESSMENT CONSULTANT RFQ

The Town of Edgartown is seeking qualifications from qualified and experienced vendors for the 20-year Capital Needs Assessment contract for the Town of Edgartown.

RFQ documents are available electronically or in hard copy; please call 774-310-5106 or email hmclaughlin@edgartown-ma.us to obtain a copy.

RFQ responses must be submitted to the Edgartown Procurement Office at Town Hall, 70 Main St., Edgartown, MA 02539 in a sealed package plainly marked “RESPONSE FOR CAPITAL NEEDS ASSESSMENT CONSULTANT RFQ, Ref. SEL-27-01” on or before 12:00 PM, Wednesday, August 12, 2026. No items may be submitted after that time will not be accepted.  Qualifications must include all the required materials and information; the qualifications will be reviewed within fifteen (15) days after the due date. The Town of Edgartown reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and to waive any informality in submissions received whenever such rejection or waiver is in its best interest.
