The Contract Documents may be examined and copies obtained at the Office of the Village Clerk during usual business hours. Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee in the amount of fifty ($50) dollars for each set. Checks shall be made payable to the Village of Nyack. Questions may also be directed to Kevin Yereance, RA at Yereance.Kevin@WSEInc.com. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday June 24, 2026, at 9:30 AM, at the Senior Center. Interested contractors shall RSVP to Kevin Yereance to confirm attendance. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly recommended but not mandatory.
