      System Requirements

      Based on the approved permit: Attachment A

      • Install a minimum 900-gallon septic tank
      • Install a minimum of 360 square feet of drainfield in a trench configuration
      • System is designed to support a park restroom facility

      Material Specifications

      • Septic Tank:
        • Must be concrete (no alternative materials unless separately priced as an alternate)
        • Watertight and compliant with Florida standards
      • Drainfield:
        • Provide pricing for a chambered drainfield system 
        • Include manufacturer/specs for chamber product proposed
        • Contractor may include an alternate price for conventional gravel system (optional)

      Installation Requirements

      • Installation must comply with:
        • FDEP permit requirements
        • Florida Administrative Code Chapter 62-6
        • All applicable local, state, and federal regulations
      • Contractor shall:
        • Maintain all required setbacks and elevations per permit
        • Coordinate required inspections
        • Ensure proper grading and site restoration upon completion
        • Abandon any existing septic components encountered, if applicable, per permit notes

      Contractor Requirements
