In addition, the City is requesting pricing for as-needed services such as providing as inventory and/or installing pumps and motors. The following are the minimum qualifications for submitting a proposal:1. Proposer must have been working in the field of pond service for at least three years.2. Proposer must have at least one year working for a municipality, other local government agency or State agency.3. Proposer shall be registered with Department of Industrial Relations and possess a PWCR number.
