Purpose of Proposal:The Board of Education is soliciting request for proposals (RFP’s) through the Competitive Contracting Process (N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-4.1 et seq.) for the purpose of entering into contract for Services for Nonpublic Students: Chapter 192/193 .  

To secure professional services to implement the requirements of P.L. 192-193 Services, for those students attending non-public schools located in the City of Passaic. Payment to the successful Vendor shall be compensated at the rates established annually by the New Jersey State Department of Education.
