Bids will be opened at the Mar shall ISD Administration Building on the opening date at designat ed time. Late bids will be returned unopened. Bids may be awarded to multiple respondents. Factors which must be considered by the ISD in making the award of bids include price, proposed services, installation timing, previous experience, references, and qualifica tions. The Board of Directors reserves the right to make final de cisions as to the recommendation by the MISD Child Nutrition De partment
