Also included as a part of the project are curb & gutter replacements, full depth concrete patching, driveway approach replacements, sidewalk and ADA curb ramp construction, earthwork and removals, and other related work for road and sewer construction. The Engineer's estimate for this project is $675,700.00. The City Council will award the bid at their meeting on Tuesday, April 28, 2026. The low bidder must return the signed contract and performance bond by Thursday, May 7, 2026. The low bidder will be required to sign a statement to comply with the City of Clinton's Safety Manual. The notice to proceed and early start date for this project shall be July 6, 2026. There will be 70 working days on this project. The final completion date, which includes all seeding and punch-list items, shall thirty (30) days after the verified substantial completion date. Final establishment of seeding shall be accomplished by May 15, 2027. Liquidated damages shall be per Special Conditions.
