Sewer Stoppage Cleaning and Television Inspection

The Contractor shall furnish all required labor, materials, equipment, and tools to execute sanitary sewer maintenance and testing operations. Scope includes removal of obstructions, cleaning of sewer lines and manholes, dye and smoke testing for system integrity, and closed-circuit televising of sewer infrastructure upon request. Debris extracted from manholes or sewer lines shall be transported and disposed of at an approved facility in compliance with applicable regulations, at the Contractor’s expense. All work will be performed on a work-order basis across multiple locations within the City of Houston.
