AT THE BURRILLVILLE WWTF ON March 25th, 2026. The Town of Burrillville acting through its Sewer Commission is requesting sealed bids for SEWER SYSTEM FLOOD MITIGATION IMPROVEMENTS, in accordance with all terms and specifications contained herein. Bids MUST be filed at the Burrillville WWTF, 141 Clear River Drive, Burrillville, Rhode Island 02830. Plans and specifications are available for download at https://www.burrillville.org/bids-rfps by registering and/or logging in as a vendor to Public Purchase. Bids (one original marked “MASTER” and one copy) must be submitted in a sealed envelope and must be clearly marked on the outside, “Contract No. 21 – SEWER SYSTEM FLOOD MITIGATION IMPROVEMENTS”and addressed to the Burrillville Sewer Commission, P.O. Box 71. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. on March 25th, 2026. A walkinG pre-bid conference advising bidders of bid conditions will be held on Wednesday, March 4th, 2026, 10:00 AM, at the Burrillville Wastewater Treatment Facility, 141 Clear River Drive, Burrillville, Rhode Island 02858. Individuals requesting interpreter services for the hearing impaired must notify the Sewer Commission’s Office (401) 568-6296 three business days prior to the bid opening. The Town reserves all rights to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, or to go on the open market when it is deemed in the best interest of the Town.
