The City will select up to two (2) total Operators for this program to deploy a total of up to 3140 vehicles (to include # eBikes AND # eScooters) citywide across the four (4) program operation zones shown in EXHIBIT A “City of Jacksonville Shared Micromobility Deployment Zones.” Bidders should submit their proposal with the assumption only one operator will be selected. The City shall make changes to the vehicle deployment cap at its sole discretion and in the manner outlined herein. Proposers will be required to sign an agreement with the City of Jacksonville in the form by the City. Operators will be specifically subject to Jacksonville Code and Florida State Statute provisions regarding micromobility as well as any program specific rules administered by the City at its sole discretion.
