Selection criteria will include: cost, experience, references, and work schedule. Sealed Bids (7 copies) must be received by July 13, 2026: SVFD 2150 Bruynswick Rd. Wallkill, NY 12589. This project is funded in part by a grant from the NYS Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Services. Under Article 15A, Executive Law, the State of New York is committed to providing Minority and Women Owned Businesses (MWBE) equal opportunity to participate in government contracts. The project is also subject to Article 8, and thus prevailing wage requirements.
