The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Contractors to establish a contract to provide Shoes and Work Boots: Correctional Emphasis for the Minnesota Department of Corrections and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) Members. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective responders regarding this solicitation Must be submitted in writing to Rhiannon.Fissehaye@state.mn.us no later than Monday April 27th, 2026, at 3:00 PM Central Time. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response. SAMPLES. Samples are required for this solicitation, will not be returned, and must be received by May 11, 2026. Failure to submit samples by May 11,2026, may result in responses being rejected. Samples are required for the items identified within the RFP Content, in Section 4 - Proposal Content. In addition to testing, all footwear must be scanned by Minnesota Department of Corrections metal detectors. Upon request, the responder must provide additional samples of items. Failure to provide samples within seven (7) calendar days of the request may result in rejection of your response to this solicitation. All costs associated with providing the requested samples will be the sole responsibility of the responder.
