Proposals will be examined in accordance with the goals and objectives outlined in this RFP and will be evaluated to determine if training curriculum, manuals, approach, experience, and qualifications demonstrate that the Proposer is likely to meet or exceed expectations. - Bid Proposal and Quality/Depth of Training Content - Costs - Resumes showing Experience of Trainers, Trainers Qualifications and Experience Training Employees, and Trainers experiences. - Company information to include length of time in business of training and employee education and number of references specified in Section 9. - Responsiveness to each and every proposal requirement in this Bid Solicitation.
