    Justification for single source acquisition:

    Braille Plus is the only company that will be producing the braille transcription of the Benchmark Education Company Grades 1-5 Weekly and Unit Assessments for the Florida Edition curriculum adoption cycle. These documents will be transcribed in UEB format and will be embossed according to the specifications provided by FSDB.  Tactile graphics will be produced and inserted into volumes to match print placement.
