Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) is in need of purchasing the subscription services for Mosaic Cloud and MealViewer Digital Suite from Heartland Payment Systems (HSS) for use in managing the Food Service Department menu planning, recipe costing, inventory, and point of sale software to aid in compliance with the Federal school breakfast and lunch programs for FY 2026-2027.

Justification for single source acquisition:
Heartland School Solutions (HSS) is sole source supplier of the family of products for Mosaic software on premise, software as a service, maintenance, support, updates & training, including but not limited to the products listed below. HSS does not have authorized resellers.
