Single Source provider for proprietary Crisis Prevention Institute Intervention Training Services an

It is necessary for Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) to provide crisis intervention training for all FSDB staff members per FSDB policy.  Those training the staff must maintain certification on nonviolent crisis prevention methods.  The certification, training programs, and materials to accompany the training will be ongoing throughout FY 26-27.

Justification for single source acquisition:

Per FSDB policy, the only approved vendor for providing this training is the Crisis Prevention Institute and its proprietary training program and materials.
