Single Source provider for Zearn Licensed Software

Performance and/or Design Requirements:

Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) desires to purchase Zearn’s Instructional Materials, including Digital Lessons, Teacher Instructional Resources, Zearn Services such as Zearn School Accounts, and content recommendations for FY 2026-2027.

Justification for single source acquisition:

All Zearn Math Instructional Materials are created and produced wholly by Zearn and are strictly the product of Zearn. This includes but is not limited to: Zearn Digital Lessons, Zearn Teacher Instructional Resources, Zearn Summer Intensive series or content recommendations, Zearn Printed Materials (Student Workbooks, Teacher Answer Keys, etc.), and Zearn Professional Development. 

Zearn’s Instructional Materials, including Digital Lessons, Teacher Instructional Resources, and content recommendations such as Zearn’s Summer Intensive series, are distributed exclusively through Zearn’s website, www.zearn.org. Zearn Printed Materials are distributed exclusively through our print partner, Mimeo.com. Zearn’s Professional Development is conducted exclusively by Zearn. Any other Zearn service available for purchase, including Zearn School Accounts, is purchased exclusively through Zearn. Zearn’s content and purchasable materials and services cannot be accessed or purchased elsewhere.
