Offerors are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire RFP.It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will have an initial term of three (3) years.RenewalAfter the initial term, the contract may be renewed for up to two (2) additional one (1) terms. Annual renewal shall be contingent upon the College’s satisfaction with the services performed and the overall performance of the contractor.
