Salt Lake County, on behalf of Human Resources, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms “Proposer / Contractor” to manage, staff, and operate the County’s onsite primary care clinic located at the Government Center (2001 South State Street). The current contract is expiring, and as a public sector entity, the County is issuing this new solicitation to identify interested Proposers for services anticipated to begin July 1, 2026.
