SLO23859 - Sager Creek Improvement

The Project includes the following major components:

1. Installation of Care of Water measures (cofferdams, diversions, etc.) as necessary to protect the Work and facilitate construction.

2. Stabilization of a rock overhang with shotcrete and passive rock anchors.

3. Replacement of two sluice gates on the masonry dam.

4. Fabrication and installation of steel debris impact deflection.

5. Repair of the dam crest with shotcrete and reinforcement.

6. Rehabilitation of the Twin Springs landing structure and adjacent park elements as detailed on the Construction Drawings.

7. Stabilization by topsoil and grass of all areas disturbed by construction activities.

It is the Owner’s desire to pre-qualify contractors that have suitable experience for projects of similar type and scope.

In order to be prequalified, prospective Offerors should fully complete Section 00 45 13 Offeror Prequalification Form and submit to Project Design Professional at Colin.Young@freese.com no later than 5:00 PM on June 2, 2026.
