DFPI may, on occasion, ask the contractor to proofread such content to ensure translations are accurate and culturally appropriate. The DFPI serves the whole public, including people across the spectrums of ability and disability, ethnicity, race, accent, dialect, literacy, immigration status, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation. DFPI is seeking a contractor to provide Vital Documents Translation Services. Translation services may include but are not limited to translation of complaint intake forms, correspondences, statements, posters, fact sheets, settlement agreements, requests for information, presentations, press releases, instructions documents with numbers, bullet points, and columns, and web page content.
