Prices, once awarded, must be firm during the period of performance. However, suppliers may request a price adjustment due to manufacturer price increases. Any adjustments must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the manufacture price increase. Bidders are required to read the requirements thoroughly and note any exceptions in their proposal.
