    Description

    The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified firms to design, furnish, and support a perimeter-based odor control system utilizing an odor counteractant (neutralization) chemistry at Yolo County Central Landfill.

     

    The system will serve:

    ·         Compost processing areas

    ·         Landfill leachate pond

    ·         Liquid waste / septic receiving pond

     

    The purpose of this project is to reduce off-site odor migration during high-risk meteorological conditions using an intelligent, data-driven control strategy integrated with the County’s odor risk dashboard.

     

    Proposers must meet all requirements and agree to the terms and conditions contained in this RFP.
