Scope of Work: The base scope of work includes but is not limited to lobby renovations at Surfside Gardens Buildings SG-1 through SG-5. The Add Alternate Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Alternate #1 provides new ADA-accessible mailboxes, mailbox enclosures, and additional security cameras. Alternate #2 includes the installation of new floor tile finishes in the lobby, vestibule, and recycling rooms, along with new curbs and wall bases, and replacement of interior doors where operation would be affected by the increased floor elevation. Alternate #3 consists of new wall tile-finishes in the lobby, vestibule, and recycling room walls, with options either with or without the mailbox upgrades. Alternate #4 includes the replacement of ceiling light fixtures in the lobby and vestibule, together with any ceiling patching and repairs required to complete the installation.
