    Requirements Contract for A/E & Local Law Inspection Services related to: LL-11 (Facades), LL-126 (Parking Structures), and LL-37 (Retaining Walls). No Bid Security Required. NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals (“Proposals”) from Architecture and Engineering (“A/E”) firms (the “Proposers”) to provide NYCHA with A/E Inspection and Reporting Services (“A/E Inspection Services”) pursuant to various regulatory requirements as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the “Services”). Contract Term: (5) Five years This Solicitation is not subject to an existing PQL Interested firms are invited to obtain a copy of the RFP on NYCHA`s website. Proposals which are saved in iSupplier as a “draft” but not successfully submitted will not be considered. Prior to submitting a proposal, bidders are to ensure that their response includes all required forms and documentation and that all are properly completed, signed, and notarized, where applicable. Proposers should refer to Section IV (2) of this RFP for details on Proposal submission requirements. It is the Proposers sole responsibility to complete and submit its proposal via iSupplier to the corresponding RFP prior the RFP Bid Submission Deadline. NYCHA is not responsible for delays caused by technical difficulty or caused by any other occurrence. Only electronic bids submitted online via iSupplier will be accepted.
