    Description

    IDIQ Contract for Lead Based Paint Clearance Services Citywide. Contract Term: 3 years from the award date on NYCHA’s Purchase Order. NYCHA, in its sole discretion, shall have the option to extend the Term of this Contract for up to two one-year renewal options. This Solicitation is open to bidders who are approved vendors on NYCHA's PQL for Lead Based Paint Inspection and Assessment Services prior to the bid closing date. In order to be considered eligible for award, bidders must submit a responsive bid in response to this RFQ as well as be an approved vendor on NYCHA’s Lead-Based Paint Inspection & Assessment Pre- Qualified List (the "PQL") prior to bid closing date. If not already an approved vendor on such PQL, bidders should apply to the PQL no fewer than 20 days prior to a bid submission date to be considered eligible for an award via this RFQ. Applications to NYCHAs PQLs can be found at Procurement Opportunities - NYCHA Once approved, bidders will be invited to participate in the solicitation. If a bidder’s Pre‑Qualification Application is not approved, the bidder will be considered ineligible to submit a bid. PQL approved vendors are invited to obtain a copy of the RFQ on NYCHA`s website.
