Card readers and any associated fees (e.g. processing, transaction, etc.) are a contractor’s expense.* Contractor shall abide by all City of Pomona Ordinances, Park rules, business licensing, and Public Health food service requirements, including any specific Los Angeles County Health Department requirements for vending machine services.* Any modifications or improvements to vending machine service shall be negotiated with the CITY and will require advance written approval.
