Garey Ave.Pomona, California91769 County: Los Angeles Other Details: * Proof of Insurance as required.* Contractor must provide machines equipped with credit card readers, in addition to coin/bill acceptors. Card readers and any associated fees (e.g. processing, transaction, etc.) are a contractor’s expense.* Contractor shall abide by all City of Pomona Ordinances, Park rules, business licensing, and Public Health food service requirements, including any specific Los Angeles County Health Department requirements for vending machine services.* Any modifications or improvements to vending machine service shall be negotiated with the CITY and will require advance written approval. DOING SO IS IN VIOLATION OF THE CITY’S CODE AND MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION OF THE SUBMITTAL. Section 2-5(3)a of the Pomona City Code prohibits the use of the City’s Seal or Logo, or any reproduction thereof, for any purpose other than for official business of the city, its council, officers or departments.
