    Description

    Mesa Unified School District is seeking to contract with vendor(s) to provide consistent and timely delivery of an assortment of snack and beverage items to fulfill the needs of the Food & Nutrition Department and the high school student stores. The District is requesting a response that indicates a catalog discount percentage for all snack and beverage items stocked on a regular basis. Vendor(s) shall apply the same discount to all items in their catalog and/or product list.

    Background

    There will be eighteen (18) secondary school cafeterias, one (1) catering department and six (6) high school student stores placing orders directly with the vendor on a weekly basis. Orders shall be placed via e-mail or online portal by the secondary school cafeterias and student stores. High School cafeterias and student stores will receive a delivery to their individual site at a minimum of one time per week. Junior high school and catering orders shall be segregated by school and delivered to one location, the Mesa Public Schools Food & Nutrition Warehouse, at a minimum of one time per week.
